I had some fun with macro. I am very much still learning but I did something that I shouldn't do which is shoot with a 180mm macro lens hand held.
I had a chance to do some portraiture with the Canon 1Ds. I am very happy with the way these older digital sensors render especially over the newer ones.

We had a Spyder meet on Sunday where I was able to finally connect two routes together and cut out straights to make a drive that has many more curves per mile.
Everyone had a great time and we are having another this coming Sunday as the temps are going to be in the mid 70s.
Here are two photos from that meet. I really love my camera set up. I had to go backwards in gear to move forwards. My next venture will be film as I found my old EOS film camera that takes all of my lenses.
That's awesome! Brings back memories of the good 'ol days when we had reginal Spyder meets. 🙂
That takes me back as well. I'd love to do another one meet sometime in 2023. Also, has to be nice to see a Stage 2 kit in the wild.

Last meet of the year was yesterday. The temps were near 80s and my tires were bitting hard. Probably one the best best days of the whole year with the colors. I wish you all could be here.
