Testing the VSV

EDIT:  I'm looking at the wrong VSV diagram.  Should have been VSV for CCV, not EVAP.

Messing with the intake today....

Pulled the VSV off the car to test it using the BGB:

scotched   VSV diagram

(a) Resistance test is correct at 33 Ohms [PASS]

(b) No continuity/short from terminals to body [PASS]

(c) "Check that air does not flow from ports E to F" [FAIL] I can definitely blow air through port E. 

 Is this thing toast?

At least one of the valves has to be 1-way only because the system checks for leaks every once in a while, by connecting to the intake manifold.

I believe it's the valve in the diagram I accidentally referred to.  The BLUE one rather than the GREEN sticker valve I was testing.  My mistake.
