[Sticky] Should this Forum continue to remain alive?

I don't login everyday, but everyday I do come in and look for new activity. This site is pretty much dead. I say close it down.

Hi LT.  First of all, thank you for maintaining this board.  Yes.  It is a ghost town.  I rarely go to S.C. and even though this place is dead, I come here more often than S.C..  If it is not a burden on you to keep the doors open on this place, I say: keep them open.  You never know when there might be another uprising on the other place and it would probably be pretty handy to have this place open, albeit on the back burner, should the need arise.  If it is a burden to you to keep it open, then yes.  Shut it down.  Other than that, I do like me some pie.  🙂  Thanks again for your support of the community.

Most forums are having less traffic because of alternative places like Facebook.  SC is better now that some who were mean spirited have left out of frustration. The new Admin is good and VS is not meddling.  This could change at anytime so we don’t know the future and its impact on our participation as this car gets older.  
I say keep it going because the future of VS is not certain. 

Very good points made.  This site is not a burden.  It's just something that I occasionally check out every now and then and perform updates.  I'm guilty of not posting as much as well.  However, I also don't post on Facebook hardly at all either.  And I can't remember the last time I was on SC.  I do like that this can remain an oasis for the community should something happen to the other place.

I posted the poll mostly to get thoughts on what should happen with it.  There was some excitement early on.  However, that gradually faded away.  I think it's just the nature of web forums these days.  I've been visiting more recently due to my interest in this poll.  But I haven't really done much with my car in a while due to other commitments getting in the way.

The default state will be to keep the forum running as-is until it seems like it really is time to pull the plug on it.

I to check in every once in a while, very rarely do i log into sc.

if this sight does begin to grow, please make a policy to ban anyone that is abusive and rude to other members

Ok, I haven't been here in ages. Due to participating in SOLOII last year, I was "virtually forced" to "join" Fb, due to that being where most of the info was posted. I only just remembered I need to post my 2025 Indiana Spyder Meet info here. I'm getting ready to copy/paste what I've posted on SC.
