Hi,
Has anyone replaced this piece? This is the exterior piece that is perched on the top of on the door that the window slides against.
I've removed the interior door panels a few times, no need for instructions there. Just looking for the overall process and whether or not I need to remove the interior door panel, etc. I have the trim piece, as well as the small fastener thingy. Also a little concerned about breaking something while removing the old one.

I haven't replaced that piece before. My guess is the interior piece would need to be removed and possibly the window glass to get access to fastners. But that is only a guess.
