Adjust alternator tension

How do I do this? https://testroete.com/car/Toyota/mr2%20spyder/Repair%20Information/Repair%20Manual/13%20-%20Charging/02%20-%20Charging%20System%20-%20On-Vehicle%20Inspection.pdf doesn't really help

I presume it's the nut on the inside of the pulley? And to tighten, I turn it towards the frunk yes? I can do this with socket wrench?

Just kidding, the tensioner is towards the bumper, not attached to alternator at all... looks like it's a 19mm...which I don't have XD

It's just a certificate error, no reason to be concerned.
